Scheduling at University of Scouting
The earlier you register, the greater the chance you will obtain the classes you prefer to take. If there is a class or two that you really want to take, then register early. Most classes are limited to 25 people per session. Select classes will take place in slightly larger rooms, but these are limited. A number of classes are very popular. We have scheduled several sessions for those classes.
Begin the process by looking at the Class Descriptions and Class Schedule to see what ones you are interested in. Some people get a little overwhealmed at the number of choices that they have at the University of Scouting. If you are a new leader and not quite sure what to take, check out the Suggested Classes list. Use these links to plan your day.

It is possible that a particular class presenters’ schedule will change shortly before the Southeast Michigan University of Scouting takes place. Every effort will be made to find a suitable replacement. If a replacement presenter is not found then it is possible a particular class may cancel. In addition, a class may be cancelled if not enough people sign up for that class. If a class is cancelled, we will work closely with the participant to identify an acceptable substitute class. The provost and deans of the four colleges will work hard to make as few changes as possible.
