Register for University of Scouting

There are two registration options for the University of Scouting - Online or Mail In. Either way, early registration is strongly encouraged. If you choose to register by mail, the forms are available through your council office or at your district's roundtable.

On Line Registration
You are highly encouraged to register early and on line. This is the best way possible to be sure that you are getting the classes that you really want. Don't let someone else guess what you want! Register on line and know what classes you will be going to at the University of Scouting.

By registering on line you will be able to get an immediate confirmation of your class schedule via email and can have your registration and payments taken care of right away. Mail in Registration
Please fill out a separate REGISTRATION FORM for each participant. Registration is limited to Adults only. Pick your first, second, and third choices for each session and be sure to schedule lunch (Sessions 3, 4, or 5) and a visit to the Midway.

Registration Fees are $25.00 if received on or before October 26, 2007 or $35.00 if received after October 26, 2007. Walk In registrations will be taken, however, please be advised that many classes may be closed. Select classes have an additional nominal fee, which is due at the time of registration.

Make the check payable to either “Clinton Valley Council” or “Detroit Area Council” and p lace your driver’s license number on your check. Mail the completed registration form to:

Refund Policy
Individuals that cancel a reservation before October 26, 2007 will receive a refund of paid fees, less $5.00 administrative charge. After October 26 no refunds will be given.
