The Heritage Society
The Heritage Society is a program to recognize those who include Scouting in their estate planning or make outright gifts to the Endowment Fund of the Clinton Valley Council, Boy Scouts of America.
All assets received under this program are deposited in and administered under the Endowment Trust Agreement adopted by the Clinton Valley Council, Boy Scouts of America. The Trust’s funds are professionally managed and restricted in order that the principal grows and any earned income, as defined in the Trust Agreement, is distributed at least annually to support programs of the Clinton Valley Council, Boy Scouts of America. Those contributing as described above to the Endowment Trust Fund for the Clinton Valley Council, Boy Scouts of America, will be registered as lifetime members of the Clinton Valley Council “Scouting for Heritage Society” with appropriate recognition and privileges.
